One Bedroom Standard Studio - Unit 2

Situated on the Esplanade!! Our Units are light, warm and cosy. Unit 2 has x2 single beds in a bedroom and a queen bed & a bed settee in the main room, a small kitchen (no oven) & a separate bathroom. They are located a hop, skip & a jump from the beach and are 10-15 minute walk from the local restaurants & cafes. The space Sails Motel Units are warm, charming and have a slightly fused sea side/nautical feel about them. Each unit has a separate bathroom with the beautiful complementary ‘South Pacific Soap Co’ product range. There are tea making facilities accompanied with Fairtrade Organic Tea & Coffee Condiments, TV, fridge, microwave, crockery, toaster and glassware. Each Studio has one Queen sized bed, and a Bed settee (sofa that opens out into a double bed which allows for twin share configuration if required, like a futon) this unit also has two single beds in a separate room. All linen, bedding and towels are supplied. Each Studio have their own covered outdoor area with a table and chairs where you can relax in the afternoon sun with a beer or wine in hand and take in the stunning views of Mt Fyffe and the surrounding Kaikoura Ranges. Other things to note Our rooms have only a microwave and no cooking facilities. A BBQ is available upon request.
