If additional floor mattresses are required, we will be happy to prepare them for you. An additional fee of RM25 per mattress will apply. A maximum of 4 extra floor mattresses can be provided. 3）For long-term guests staying more than one month - we will cover up to RM250 of electricity charges per month. If the bill exceeds RM250, the guest will be responsible for paying the balance. - During the stay, any requested cleaning services will incur additional charges.
