Agriturismo Frallarenza - Large Apartment

Our small family running farm offer two apartments for our guests, each with an independent entrance and a porch under which you can have meals or read a book. Frallarenza is a peaceful and quiet place in the middle of the Orvieto coutryside. Our farmhouse is surrounded by an expansive garden with a swimming pool, a ping pong table, a barbecue with a large table. The Large Apartment (106 sq.m.) consists of a large kitchen-living room, 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The space We are new on Airbnb so here no reviews for us yet, but run Frallarenza farm holiday since 2003: if you look for Frallarenza on the internet will find many reviews about us! In the kitchen-living room there are 2 sigle beds on an open loft, and the biggest bedroom has a sofa bed for 2 people in addition to the king double bed and its own private bathroom. The apartment have a washing machine for the exclusive use of guests, LCD TV and a Free Wide Band Wireless Internet Connection. Our kitchens have all you need to cook by yourself (coffee maker, dishes, glasses, pots, and so on). You will also find some basic ingredients to prepare breakfast (for the first day) and meals by yourself (coffee, sugar, milk, lemon, tea, butter, biscuits and a homemade cake; salt, pepper, red hot pepper, garlic, onion, a bit of our extra vergin olive oil, vinegar). During the winter of 2016 we renovated the kitchens of the apartments putting a much more spacious fridge and freezer, an induction cooker, an electric oven and a new extractor hood, thus taking the first step towards independence from gpl. During the spring of 2017 we finished a new ambitious work: removing the gas boilers used for heating and domestic hot water, replacing them with a centralized air/water heat pump (which is also used for the summer air conditioning) and new more efficient solar panels that, thanks to photovoltaic plant of 32.4 kWp already realized in 2010, make us independent from gas and virtually our farm use only renewable energy! Other things to note The swimming pool (12x5 meters) is surrounded by shady trees and is located in a quiet and secluded flower garden. A ping pong table is in the garden, near the swimming pool and another one is indoor, in a large room available for guests, so it is possible to play when it’s bad weather. Moreover, in our large kitchen, also equipped with a fire-wood oven, we organize cooking classes and dinner on request: you can learn with us to make "fettuccine", "gnocchi", pizza and many other Italian traditional recipes, and have a nice dinner with us. For all those who are interested in craftsmanship, we organize terracotta and pottery classes, as well as handloom-weaving classes At our small family running farm accomodation near Orvieto we offer to our guests a peaceful, quiet place where it is still possibile to experience a now forgotten atmosphere, so distant from the rhythms of common modern life... If you are looking to get away from it all – no noise, no crowds, no worries – then this is the place to be! We produce a very good organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil from our 500 olive trees.
