House with garden, terrace, trampoline, children's playhouse. All the little comforts of a house in the quiet of the countryside. Recent and quality amenities. ➡ Interior - 1 living room with leather sofa (LG 80 cm flat screen TV) - 1 bedroom with double bed - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (children's books and toys, pretty decoration, closet) - 1 large dressing room (10 m2, hangers, a guitar is available as a decoration and can be used) - 1 fully equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, microwave, induction cooktop and rotating heat oven, various utensils...) - 1 shower room and toilet (separate) (hair dryer, straightener, first aid kit...) - 1 laundry room (SAMSUNG washing machine, dishwasher, storage, ironing station, ironing board, Dyson vacuum cleaner) For children (<3 years old): folding crib with mattress and mattress protector, step feet, booster seat, toilet seat reducer, high chair) ➡ Exteriors: - 1 large wooden terrace - 2 sun loungers - 1 large dining table with chair cushions - 1 large parasol - 1 WEBER barbecue - 1 large trampoline - 1 children's playhouse (Smoby plastic) - 1 paved area (ideal for parking the car, motorcycle, bike or for children to safely ride scooters, balance bikes indoors) ➡ The +: - Wi-Fi - 1 welcome booklet (to better know where you're going and the rules to follow) - 1 arrival kit including (2 disposable dish towels, 1 dishwasher tablet, 1 laundry pod, 1 bottle of dishwashing liquid, 1 garbage bag, 1 disposable bath mat) - Flyers on local activities - Board games (ideal in rainy weather: Monopoly, Mille Bornes, Jungle Speed, chess, card game, children's puzzle...) - Side table and 4 extra chairs (available in the laundry room) ⚠️ REMINDER ⚠️ Linens and towels are not provided (because I am not on site) —> possibility nevertheless to have the linens as an option for €10/bed. Tip: Bring a real dish towel for your dishes (especially if you stay 1 week because disposable dish towels are a backup solution and you might be annoyed with your dishes) In short, you will understand that the house is very complete and has quality features. Everything is done to ensure you have a positive experience. Guest access You have full access to the accommodation. Option to park the car in front of the house or on the property Free and easy parking. Keys in a code safe. Checkout by handing over the keys to the concierge or dropping off the keys in the secure key box, depending on the time. Other things to note During your stay, you will need to make sure to leave the place as clean as you found it (a banality you will tell me, but if I indicate it, it is because I have already had to deal with disrespectful people!!) As a reminder, you are not at a hotel and are required to leave the accommodation clean. I make my house available in the best possible conditions, so I would be grateful if you would treat it as if it were your own. ➡ Remember to take out the garbage (collection schedule in the welcome booklet as well as posted on the fridge) Please pay attention to this since household waste is only collected every 2 weeks. ➡ Linens and towels not provided: Bed linen option: €10/bed ➡ Please let me know as soon as something goes wrong: malfunction or even breakage (it's always unpleasant to find hidden broken things... it can happen but again out of respect please say so)
