The space With 4 skylights, south facing french doors, and windows on all sides the open plan living area and kitchen flood with natural light. You will enjoy preparing an elegant meal in a well planned custom kitchen with high end appliances. Relax in the cozy living room next to the gas fireplace or enjoy a glass of wine on the large sunny balcony. Guests can enjoy Apple TV and stream your music via bluetooth to the Bose sound bar. A strong Wifi network covers the whole house. On the lower level, both bedrooms have large windows with blackout blinds. 2 lovely full bathrooms and a washer and dryer complete the lower level. With in-floor radiant heating, on demand hot water, and hardwood floors throughout, our laneway house is ultra modern and warm and inviting. You will not want to leave! Guest access Guests have the whole laneway house to themselves. Parking is in the driveway right next to the laneway house.
