The accommodation, located in a hamlet of the municipality of Bolano, is centrally located to each destination of our guests: with a short stretch by bus or car you can reach Lunigiana and La Spezia. From here, by boat or train, you can access the maritime areas: Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Lerici and Levante Ligure. Also central to the town, the residence guarantees every primary service: restaurants, banking and post offices, supermarkets, supermarkets, grocery and clothing stores. The space The apartment is divided into 3 rooms plus a bathroom. A total of 5 beds are available: a double bedroom with the possibility of adding a 3rd bed and in the living room there is a double sofa bed. In the case of infants, two cribs are available for guests. We provide pillows, sheets, blankets, quilts, comforters and a set of three towels (bidet, face, shower towel) for each guest. We provide toilet paper, paper towels, tablecloths, and cloth towels. Appliances are available (cable TV, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, oven, toaster, iron with ironing board) and kitchen (pots and pans, dishes, primary utensils) and a stovetop (gas stove). There is large furniture at guests' complete disposal: a 4-door closet (for which we provide a set of hangers), bedside tables and a dresser in the bedroom, a shoe rack in the hallway, a wardrobe in the living area, which can also be used as a pantry, a large table of bussols in the kitchen. From the double bedroom you can access a balcony with clothesline and tongs. During the colder of the year, guests are allowed to use the central heating system. Guest access The guest family has condominium parking for the car. There is also a cellar of about 15 square meters where you can store any bicycles or clutter. The apartment contains a spacious living area and also ideal for larger families. Other things to note The apartment is located on the ground floor. To reach it, from the entrance door, proceed by a few steps (5 of them).
