The pool is private. There is a gated covered car-park. Other things to note Exceeding the maximum guest capacity of the listing can be permitted (within reason), at a charge of 1000 THB/night/extra guest (max 3 nights) or 500 THB/night/extra guest (stays exceeding 3 nights). For numbers of guests exceeding normal capacity, we will provide extra bed(s) depending on availability and room space. Since the price for extra guests is collected regardless of extra beds provided, we recommend informing us about the number of guests prior to arrival for your convenience. Infants below the age of 3 can be provided a baby cot free of charge and are not charged extra when exceeding maximum room capacity. After you’ve completed your booking, we will open a group chat on your favourite app and send you all the information relevant to your arrival and stay in Phuket. You will be able to reach us before and during your vacation through the group chat or by phone from 9am to 7pm for any question you may have or anything you may need. We are always available, smiling and helpful. Our driver can pick you up from the airport and bring you directly to the villa (1,200 THB) where we will be waiting for you for the check-in. At night time we will prepare self check in. NOTE: If you are doing a late check in, PLEASE use our taxi service. We have had numerous guests thinking that they can save money by taking their own taxi or other transport at night, ending up lost and not only loosing money but time as well. We will not be available after 9pm but the taxi WE arrange will bring you to the right Villa and help you check in. There is a gas BBQ on the rooftop terrace that you are welcome to use. There is a 24h security guard at the entrance of the estate, and a CCTV camera at the private car park. For stays longer than 2 weeks, we collect the electricity fee once a week, in order to help you track your consumption.
