Rental unit in Beverstedt

The vacation rental is in a 100 year old villa, on the first floor. Located in a cul-de-sac in a cul-de-sac, in the small village of Stubben-Brunshausen, in the middle of the countryside. In the area there are beautiful meadows and fields, lots of forest and some lakes where you can swim. In the morning you can see the deer in the garden. The ideal place to fully relax. In the vicinity there are several horse farms where you can take lessons. We are happy to arrange contact. The space The apartment is 125 m² and has 3.5 rooms. The kitchen that is in the middle, it is the very very of the apartment. You can cook together there, all the necessary equipment is available. Two of the bedrooms are 20 m², one has a double bed the other a single bed. The living room has about 35sqm and is equipped with a large cozy sofa and also games and a 5000 pieces puzzle is ready. The view of the surroundings is beautiful, you can look over the fields and only see green and forest. The bathroom is equipped with bathtub and washing machine. The third slightly smaller bedroom has a changing table. There is another double bed and also a sofa bed. Another cot can be provided if required. From the apartment you come directly to the huge garden that invites you to romp and play. The treehouses are waiting to be built directly for further construction. Guest access Dear guests, you are welcome to use the 7500 m² garden. There is a pavilion, which is great for grilling in the evening and sitting together. Other things to note Towels are available for you. Beds are made when you arrive. The house is situated in a cul-de-sac, so there is hardly any traffic here.
