Misty Shores Cottage offers magnificent views of the mountain on the one side and the ocean on the other side. The property is surrounded by indigenous gardens, making the cottage ideally suited to those seeking a connection with nature, and a space in which to relax and recharge. The space The cottage offers a large main bedroom with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. The bedroom opens out onto a private terrace with spectacular views of the mountain and the indigenous garden. The kitchen and dining area has beautiful views of the ocean. Sliding doors open out onto a private sea view terrace, with access to a path, leading you through the indigenous garden to the ocean's edge. The large and comfortable lounge area offers a smart TV with Netflix, an office area and a convenient guest bathroom. This light filled room offers beautiful views of the mountains on the one side and glimpses of the ocean on the other. There is high speed Wi-Fi throughout. Power is derived from a solar system, offering uninterrupted power throughout your stay. Many different species of wildlife including birds, butterflies, mongoose & porcupine are attracted to the indigenous garden. These shy creatures can be observed, either from the cottage, or from one of the seating areas or paths within the garden. When the heat gets too much, guests have the options of cooling off in either the natural rockpool located along Misty Shore’s coastline, or in the freshwater swimming pool shared with Kalliste Beach House. By night enjoy the star filled sky, it's constellations and the sounds of nature and it's tranquility. The area is quiet and safe and offers many walking routes. There is a uneven driveway to the property making access difficult for those with mobility issues.
