The "Philippe" apartment is a cozy fully renovated studio in the heart of Meursault, 5 minutes from Beaune, ideal for a stay for 2.... Located on the raised ground floor (street side), you will find a very comfortable double bed, a sitting area, an equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom with shower: live at your own pace in this independent cottage! The apartment has reversible heating: gentle heat in winter, and air conditioning in summer The space Come and spend a romantic getaway in the heart of the vineyard and take advantage of our cottage to discover Meursault, Beaune and their surroundings: tastings, gourmet meals, visits to the Hospices, walks in the vineyards... The apartment is located in the center of Meursault, 400 meters from the village square and its shops: restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, tourist office, etc... The small kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, stove, combined microwave oven, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine. It is bright, spacious, and carefully decorated to make your stay in Meursault and the Beaune region pleasant... In summer, a mobile air conditioner is installed in the apartment, as well as a fan. You have access, on the ground floor of the main building, to a laundry room shared by our 4 apartments: washing machine, dryer, iron, cleaning equipment. You can also enjoy the terrace in the common courtyard! Guest access The building is made up of 4 apartments, all different, rented to travelers: Marie, Philippe, Nicolas and Guigone. The laundry room and lobby are in the main part of the building, which you have access to. The laundry room and terrace are common to all listings. Possibility to leave your bikes in the laundry room or lobby. Other things to note No pets allowed. The apartment is non-smoking: a space in the common courtyard is available for smoking. It is possible to arrive late or leave early, please let me know if you have any specific requests...
