Located between the Saint Roch train station and the Place de la Comédie, Le Jumanji is a 160m2 apartment with 4 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 10 people. It is located in the heart of Montpellier, in a magnificent building with a lot of character. After pushing the big wooden door, you will have to climb the few steps of the wide stone staircase that leads to the second floor. The space It has : - The living room overlooked by an urban jungle, a huge living room with two large sofas, TV and coffee table. On the floor, a mixture of solid wood and Montpellier stone, these large gray tiles are the symbol of Montpellier architecture. - The kitchen is open and fully equipped, you will find everything you need to cook as well as a beautiful wooden dining table for 10 people. Kitchen piano, oven, grill, fridge, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave ... - A master suite with a 160x200 bed and an adjoining bathroom with shower. - A second bedroom with double bed 160 and dressing room. - A bathroom with corner bathtub - A separate toilet The narrow wrought iron staircase leads to the second floor. You will find there : - A third room with two double beds 160 (Attention this room does not have shutter/curtain nor system allowing to occult the light) - A relaxation area with sofas and cushions and a desk - A third bathroom with Italian shower, double basin and toilet. - A fourth bedroom with a double bed 160 On the first floor is the laundry room with washing machine and dryer at your disposal. Guest access You have access to the entire apartment Other things to note All our apartments are equipped with free Wi-Fi, hotel quality towels and sheets, toiletries and a Nespresso coffee machine. You will be able to reach a member of our team during your stay. Cleaning is included in the rental price. The cleaning costs will be directly integrated in the total price. A deposit is required for the apartment, a pre-authorization on your card will be made the day before your arrival and will be released 7 days after your departure. The deposit will only be debited in case of problems during your stay. In case of a party or a complaint from the neighborhood for noise after 10 pm, the entire deposit will be charged. We ask a supplement of 10 € per hour for late check in (beyond the regular check in time). Ideal for families with children (an umbrella bed can be provided free of charge on request). Our apartments are now equipped with Roomonitor decibel meters that set off an alarm as soon as the maximum permitted noise level is exceeded.
