Main level: A huge, light-filled living room, a veritable urban jungle with two large sofas, a television and flooring combining solid parquet and Montpellier stone. A fully equipped open-plan kitchen: cooker, oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and a large dining table for 10 people. Master bedroom: a 160x200 cm bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. Second bedroom: a 160 cm double bed and a dressing room. A separate bathroom with a corner bath and separate toilet. Upper floor (accessible via a spiral staircase): Spacious third bedroom with two 160 cm double beds. Relaxation area with sofas, cushions and a desk. Fourth bedroom with a 160 cm double bed. Third modern bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and WC. A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is also available on the first floor of the building. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire flat so you can enjoy your stay in complete privacy. The entrance to the building is shared, but the flat is entirely private.
