Lovely, fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment with historic charm. Refinished hardwood floors and tons of natural light make this space beautiful and welcoming. Located the in the heart of small town Saint Albans, you’re just blocks away from dining options, library, coffee shop, and parks. Flat sidewalks make the neighborhood perfect for walking or running. Continental breakfast items provided for guests. Hot breakfast offered on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) upon request with 24 hour notice. The space Fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment above a 3-car garage. Completely private with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Bedroom 1 has a double bed while bedroom 2 boasts a lovely queen sized bed. A pack and play or air mattress can be requested to sleep additional guests. Guest access Guests have access to parking behind the garage (in a safe alley way) as well as use of the patio area and fire pit (weather permitting). Laundry facility is located inside the private apartment for guest use. Other things to note There are stairs leading up to the entrance of the apartment. Please be cautious and use handrails when climbing up or down the stairs. I have a dog (Charlie) who lives on the property (my home is in front of the separate apartment). He is friendly and will not be in your space at all. However, you might see him when I bring him out back for potty-breaks or to go on our evening walks.
