The apartment is located in the Slavin district, 10 minutes away from the city center by car (30 minutes on foot). It has an area of 51 square meters and is newly built and fully furnished including a new air-conditioning unit, a 4K TV, and unlimited fiber-optic internet. Includes a parking space in a shared double garage right next to the apartment. The space The apartment is fully furnished and includes a vestibule, an entrance hall with access to the living room, dining area, kitchen and bathroom. The living room has a new air conditioning unit with heating capabilities, 4K Smart TV with many channels and unlimited 5G fiber-optic internet. The apartment has a new queen bed (mattress size is 160x200cm), a two-seater sofa, an office table and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine, respectively. The apartment also includes a combined smoke and carbon monoxide detector (Nest Protect). The apartment is self check-in, keys can be picked up from a lockbox any time between 15:00 and midnight. Self check-in instructions written in English or Slovak are sent to the guest via Airbnb chat when a reservation is made. Located in the lucrative Slavin district which houses most of the foreign embassies in Slovakia as well as many upscale residencies, the studio apartment is also relatively close to the Bratislava castle which can be viewed from the windows of the apartment. Trolley bus stop (lines 44 and 47) with 10 minute routes to Bratislava city center is located 200 meters from the apartment. The nearest grocery store (Yeme) is located 900 meters from the apartment. The nearest supermarket (Kaufland) is located 2.4 kilometers from the apartment. Smoking and parties are not allowed on the premises. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM, as the apartment is located in the residential zone. Only guests included on the reservation are allowed in the apartment. Visitors are not allowed unless pre-approved by us in writing. No third-party bookings as per Airbnb Article 427. Guest access A parking space in a shared double garage is included, right behind the main gate next to the apartment. For added security, the shared parking garage and front yard are equipped with a security camera.
