Villa Oliva is a stylish serene architect estate with sea view and an infinity pool, full of olive and oak trees. Located in the greenest region of Kea island. Lavrio port is only 35 minutes from the airport The space Villa Oliva is an elegant, peaceful 2500 sq m estate with views of the sea, neighboring islands and the nature of Kea. The villa combines many stone works and 300 sq m terraces and a swimming pool that offer many relaxation spots. The estate is full of olive trees, oaks, cypresses, fruit trees and lavender. The location is very peaceful and the house is newly built. The infinity pool is 4 X 10 meters, offering a wonderful view of the sea and the valley, next to the olive trees. The villa can accommodate up to 10 people (8 adults and 2 children). The three sections of the house: 1. Section #1. On the main ground floor, it has the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. The living room and dining room on the main level have panoramic views of the Cyclades islands, which leads to the main outdoor terrace with a large pergola for shade, stone benches and an outdoor table for 10 people. The living room is fully equipped with sofas, armchairs and a fireplace, internet and CD player. 2. Section #2. On the same main level, next to a separate entrance, there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) and a second bathroom. 3. On the lower level and down a short flight of stairs – Section #3 - there is an independent studio of 50 sq m. that comfortably accommodates a couple with or without children. The space on the lower level has a kitchenette, a bathroom with a bathtub and an independent terrace with a beautiful sea view. The studio is child-friendly due to its layout. The three sections have powerful air conditioning, except for the bedroom of Section #1 which is served by the air conditioner in the adjacent living room and a fan. Additional single beds can be added upon request, to fit your sleeping arrangement. Pets considered. There is also a ping pong table, a petanque court, an outdoor shower, a basketball hoop. The living and dining room at the main level has a panoramic view of the Cyclades islands, leading to the main outdoor terrace with a large pergola for shade, stone benches and an outdoor table for 12 persons. In the same area there is an open plan fully equipped kitchen. The living room is fully equipped with sofas, armchairs and a fireplace, TV, internet and CD player. * There is only one bedroom out of 4 without a/c (the one at the main building, Section #1, where there is a/c in the adjacent living room + a floor fan). * Extra single beds can be added upon request, to fit your sleeping arrangements. Guest access Guests have access to all Villa Oliva amenities, including the pool, the garden, ping pong and basketball ring. Other things to note The island Oliva is located 12 km from the port of Kea, in "Pera Meria", the greenest area of ​​the island, at an altitude of 400m. The villa consists of 3 independent "parts" - which do not communicate internally - it is ideal for nature lovers, families with children, for privacy and relaxation. Kea has been inhabited since prehistoric times, had 4 cities in the classical period and has a preserved network of 14 ancient paths, one of which passes in front of the house. We highly recommend walking on the paths, especially the one that leads to the temple of Karthaia on the beach. Around the port there are plenty of chic restaurants and bars. The capital Ioulida is beautiful at all hours of the day, with many tavernas and bars. The area near Villa Oliva still has donkeys for transport and many animals. Near the house there is a nice taverna and another especially for meat lovers at 7km in an oak forest. Kea has many beautiful beaches, some of which are shown in our photos. Close to Oliva at 5 km are the beaches of Sykamia and Kalidonychi.
