The kitchen comes equipped with appliances and everything needed to entertain, including a blender, toaster, and coffee machine, as well as cookware, bakeware, utensils, and dinnerware. After a big meal, you can relax in a spacious living room while the kids entertain in the pool that can be heated. There is a laundry room, washer and dryer with ironing facilities. PARKING Parking is free (2 spots in the driveway) Commercial Vehicles, RVS, Trailers, Buses, Golf Carts or Boats are not allowed at Solterra Resort. Street parking is not pemitted. Please make sure cars are not parked on the grass or blocking the sidewalk. Cars parked in a tow-away zone or parked on property without permission may be towed at the car owner's expense. Some extra parking spots may be available for guests on Oakview Dr, Oakrise Lp, Oakmoss Loop, Oak Grn Lp, and Broak Oak drive. Keep in mind that these spots are not reserved and may not be available. Extra Services (MUST BE REQUESTED UNTIL 48 HOURS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN): POOL HEATING: $35 per day (minimum 3 days) GRILL: $95 with 1st full propane tank and cleaning provided. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. STARTER SUPPLIES: The following starter supplies are provided in the unit upon your arrival: 2 trash bags, 1 small dish detergent, 1 dishwashing capsule, 1 paper towel. Each bathroom will have: 1 small bar soap, 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 toilet roll. TRASH PICKUP: There is valet service for garbage collection all days.�Enclose the garbage in trash bags and place the trash bags inside the trash receptacle (bench) outside the front door.
