The space This pleasant one-bedroom apartment (rated 2**) is located on the 3rd floor of a new building (with an elevator). A secure parking space is available in the basement of the building. It features a small fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, stovetop, refrigerator) that opens onto the living room, with a breakfast bar and a lounge area with a TV and a RAPIDO sofa bed for one person. The bedroom includes a double bed (140 cm), and there is a spacious bathroom with a shower and toilet. The 12 m² south-facing balcony provides plenty of natural light. The apartment offers Wi-Fi and a Nespresso coffee machine. For a pleasant stay, household linen is provided (bed sheets, one large and one small towel per person, tea towel, bath mat), along with a few samples (coffee, tea, salt, pepper, toilet paper, shower gel, and dishwashing liquid).
