The space We are super well located in the center of Vila Velha, very close to Praia da Costa. It has the advantage of having Air Conditioning, which is very important for your comfort. Costa Beach (1.2 km), Convent of Penha (400 m). The tip is to walk or rent a bike through the app and get to know Vila Velha by pedaling. The best beaches are here. Costa, Itapuã and Itaparica Beaches. Don't forget to visit the Secret Beach. Hiking trails and hang-gliding ramps in Morro do Moreno, all close and accessible on foot. Walking up Morro do Convento is also a must. Guest access Vila Velha is a relatively safe city, taking due care. The Centro neighborhood is close to Praia da Costa and has all the amenities of a big city, with the difference that everything is close by. We have buses just around the corner to Vitória, Guarapari (40 Km) and Eurico Sales Airport. We don't have parking. Our guests always leave their cars on the street, in front of the apartment. They never had any problems. Private parking nearby. Around R$15.00 to R$20.00. Other things to note We don't want to create false expectations. We have a complete, family, honest, low-cost apartment, without luxuries, which we try, even with this pandemic, to always leave clean and comfortable.
