Soak up the charm of this vintage yet modern fully updated efficiency apartment. This 1930's home was split into two living units (the other side is occupied with full time residents). You'll have complete privacy with this 1/1, with one room for living, dining, and cooking light meals, and the other is a large bedroom with ample storage. 5 minutes from downtown and 20 from the beaches. The space The home is a great place to unwind as its kept quiet and relaxing. Guests are encouraged to use the common area in the backyard where several neighboring tiny houses sit. The deckspace is usable by all guests. Guest access You'll have one parking space next to the house, where you'll enter through a fence gate to access your private door into the home. Inside, all spaces are private. There is one door in the hallway that connects the 2 units but it stays locked from both sides throughout your stay. Other things to note Guests have their own mini-split HVAC unit so you have the ability to adjust your own private air temperature. The suite has a kitchenette, NOT a full standard kitchen. Amenities include a sink, small counter, microwave, small fridge, countertop 2 burner stove, coffee machine, and dishes. Please see the listing pictures. Washer and Dryer are not available for the guest suite. There is a nice laundromat less than half a mile away that many guests like to use.
