The Manor House of 1890 was built during the Ottoman Empire in Kastoria, where a Turkish Pasha lived. At 2007 the Manor House restored, respecting the architecture of the house and keeping the manorial character. The amphitheater location of the house offers a magnificent view of the lake and the city. It is located in one of the most central parts of the city in the area of Omonoia,close to the sights and 100 meters by the lake. (THE HOSPITALITY AREA IS MARKED IN THE PHOTOS WITH RED CONTOUR). The space The hospitality area is the old stone cellar of the Manor House.It is located on the ground floor of the house, which was formed in an open space of 116sq.m., with all the comforts of a modern house and elements of traditional handmade decoration. The space is made of stone and wood.It has a double bed,a 3 meter 8 seater monastery wooden dining room, 2 traditional built-in sofas (beds) and a fireplace which has been preserved since it's construction.The kitchen and the bathroom kept their traditional character, having modern equipment. The jewel of the House is the cellar, which impresses at first glance, which can visit it with the host. The place is very cool in the summer months due to the stone walls 0,70cm thick with the resolt that the air conditioner is not necessary. Respectivily during the winter months it maintains its temperature. Outside the countyard is a patio kiosk with a traditional wood oven,barbecue and 12-seater wooden dining area. Guest access The house has secure private indoor parking, which is available free of charge for a city passenger car and extra parking for bicycles and bicycles. The house is a breath away from the lake, the city attractions, cafes and restaurants.Guests can travel without the need for transportation. It is 5 minutes from Omonia Square, 10 minutes from the old town, 100 meters from the lake, with many options in restaurants and cafes, 15 minutes from the city center, next to the Mitropolis Orthodox church of Kastoria and close to many Byzantine churches.
