Spacious, authentic loft in a listed building, 7 beds

In this cool 200 sqm loft with 4 m high ceilings (monument) there are 3 bedrooms with 7 beds, a sofa bed, 1 cot (please order before your arrival!) and a sauna sauna available for a fee. It is very centrally located on the railway line (8 minutes' walk to the Dresden S-Bahn). The kitchen is well equipped with a washing machine. Optimal starting point for hikes in Saxon Switzerland, bike tours, directly on the Elbe cycle path (5 min. by bike), castle tours Dogs are also welcome (for a fee). The space If you've always wanted to stay in a real factory loft, then this is the place! 200 sqm with 4.30 m high ceilings in a monument. In three bedrooms, 7 people plus 1 cot (please order before your arrival!!) Space. Like all large factory buildings around the turn of the century, ours was also built directly on a railway line. This is still active today and runs right in front of the house. Bed linen (€10 per person) and towels (€10 per person) are to be paid additionally. Guest access The 200 sqm loft with high ceilings has a well-equipped kitchen with washing machine and additional bistro seating area with bookshelves for browsing and is available to you alone. Desks are available in the spacious bedrooms. In the light-flooded living and dining area, families or small groups have enough space to play, eat, talk or watch TV. A sauna (€29 per use) can also be used. The gate handle can be used to enter the courtyard and to load and unload directly in front of the loft. Parking in the courtyard is not available. Parking is available free of charge right in front of the building on the street or surrounding side streets. Post office, bakery, bank, perfumery, shopping, small restaurants are within a short walk. Likewise, the Elbe. With a ferry (10 minutes away) you can reach the other side of the Elbe and Pillnitz Castle. Other things to note I am happy to provide you with bed linen (€10 per person) and towels (€10 per person). Staying overnight without the mentioned bed covers is not allowed for hygienic reasons! If this happens anyway (the cleaning lady is required to photograph this), the cleaning fees will be charged additionally or deducted from your security deposit. Children's books and toys are available for children. Please let me know before your arrival if you need a crib, then I will provide it. Dogs are also welcome - there is even a large dog bed. Please order in advance. (Additional cleaning fee by arrangement). Please remember to turn off the lights and electrical appliances when you leave for day trips or go to bed. There are two motion detectors in the loft that guide you safely through the loft - even at night. Failure to comply with this rule will result in additional costs (€3,- per night) that will be withheld via the Airbnb security deposit.
