Spacious, authentic loft in the monument

In this cool 200 sqm loft with 4m high ceilings (monument) there are 3 bedrooms with 7 beds, a sofa bed, 1 cot (please order before your arrival!) and a fee. Sauna available. It is very centrally located on the train line (8 min. walk to the Dresden S-Bahn train). The kitchen is well equipped with a washing machine. Optimal starting point for hikes to Saxon Switzerland, bike rides, directly on the Elbradweg (5 min. by car.)Dogs are also welcome (for a fee). The space If you have always wanted to stay in a real factory loft, then you have come to the right place! 200 sqm with 4.30 m high ceilings in a monument. In three bedrooms have 7 people plus 1 cot (please order before your arrival!!) Like all large factory buildings around the turn of the century, ours was also built directly on a railway line. It is still active today and runs directly in front of the house. Bed linen (€10,- p.p.) and towels (€10,- p.p.) are to be paid in addition. Please let me know after booking for more information! Guest access The 200 sqm loft with high ceilings has a well-equipped kitchen with washing machine and additional bistro seating area with bookcases to browse and is at your disposal alone. The spacious bedrooms have desks. In the light-flooded living and dining area, families or small groups have enough space to play, eat, tell a story or watch TV. A sauna (29,- per use) is also available. The goalkeeper can be used for entering the yard and for loading and unloading directly in front of the loft. A parking space in the yard is not available. Free parking is available directly in front of the building on the street or surrounding side streets. Post office, bakery, bank, perfumery, shopping, small restaurants are within a short walk. Also the Elbe. With a ferry (10 min. away) you get to the other side of the Elbe and the Pillnitz castle. Other things to note I am happy to provide you with bed linen (10 ,-€ p.p.) and towels (10,-€ p.p.). Overnight stays without the mentioned bed covers are not permitted for hygienic reasons! If this still happens (cleaning lady is required to photograph this), the cleaning fees will be charged or charged to your deposit. Children's books and toys are available. Please give me a note before your arrival if you need a baby cot, then I will provide it. Dogs are also welcome - there is even a large dog bed. Please order in advance. (Additional cleaning fee by arrangement). Please remember to turn off the light when you go on day trips or go to bed. There are two motion detectors installed in the loft that you can safely guide through the loft - even at night. If this rule is not complied with, additional costs ( 3,-€ per night) will be incurred, which will be retained via the airbnb deposit.
