Cocktail - the old town

The apartment, located in a historic building of the fifteenth century, is designed to offer my guests the necessary amenities to feel at home and to make it even more enjoyable to visit our wonderful city. It has been beautifully renovated and with an eye to its original features. It is suitable for a couple or a couple with a child. The area is full of grocery stores, historic shops, bars and restaurants where you can enjoy Ligurian specialties. The space The apartment is located on the first floor of a building dating back to the 15th century and consists of an entrance complete with desk, shoe rack and a locker containing the necessary for cleaning and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, combined oven, dishwasher, coffee machine with capsules available to guests, toaster and kettle. Guests will also find the basic elements for cooking (salt, sugar, oil, vinegar, spices). The room is equipped with 43" android TV, a wardrobe, a sofa bed and is complete with bed linen and double pillows. The apartment is equipped with WI-FI with fiber and 5G.
