Our gorgeous 68m² 2-room maisonette apartment is a separate granny flat in our family home and has its own entrance. The apartment is located in the Haspe-Geweke district of Hagen and is particularly appreciated for its rural and quiet location. Here is also the bedroom with 2 bedside tables, a double bed 90x200 and 2 bedside lamps with USB port. The high-quality mattresses are spring mattresses from the Emma brand. The bedroom also has a folding chair, two chests of drawers and a spacious bedroom closet with hangers. Not to forget, there is also a TV on a dresser in the bedroom. Furthermore, there is a small storage room on the ground floor, as well as the cozy bathroom. The cozy bathroom invites you to a relaxing bath with a bathtub and there is the possibility of a shower also given. The bathroom also has a toilet, a sink, a small closet and a washing machine. On the first floor is the fully equipped kitchen with kettle, filter coffee machine, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, microwave, fridge freezer, oven, ceramic hob and much more. Furthermore, the living room with the fantastic view over Hagen is located on the upper floor. The living room has a sofa bed for 2 people (toppers for the couch available), a coffee table, two showcases and a TV rack. In the living room there is also a dining table for 4 people and the necessary seating. Guest access The apartment can be reached through its own entrance and is therefore self-sufficient from the rest of the house. You will receive a 6-digit PIN code before your arrival. You can use these to open the front door for the duration of your stay. If you have any questions, we are usually there for you personally or by telephone. Other things to note Smoking is not permitted in the apartment (not even with the windows open). We have to prohibit setting up candles due to fire protection. Pets are not allowed. Prior arrangement is required for service animals. We consider consideration for the neighbors to be a matter of course. Quiet times are to be observed from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. The apartment may not be used as a party location. Excessive consumption of alcohol is not permitted for understandable reasons. For reasons of hygiene, we ask that you enter the apartment without street shoes. Slippers come in various sizes. In the event of visits from persons/guests who are not listed in the booking, we ask for prior consultation. We charge a damage deposit of 150 euros.
