Inside, relax after a day on the slopes or adventuring around the lake with the comfortable living room furnishings, large-screen TV, and fireplace. Cook a meal in the well-appointed kitchen and take in the views from the dining table that seats up to 6. Each bedroom has plush bedding and is tastefully decorated. The master bedroom also has a small gas wood stove and TV. This condo is on the ski shuttle route to Heavenly's Stagecoach Lodge, so you won't have to worry about parking. It is also within proximity to Heavenly's Boulder Lodge. Enjoy hiking and mountain biking right outside the door and access to the community pool during the summer months. Communal hot tub access is available year-round. Also located in this Upper Kingsbury area is a convenience store, an excellent BBQ spot and bar called the Fox and Hound. The condo is approximately 10 minutes from the casinos, shopping, beaches, lake access, restaurants, supermarkets, and everything else the exciting South Shore offers! Note: The community pool at hot tub at Lake Village are Closed for remodel and will re-open December 31, 2025. - Permit #: DSTR1307P - Maximum Occupancy: 8 - Gatherings and events that exceed the maximum occupancy of the vacation home rental are prohibited - Parking Spaces: 2 - Renters will be issued parking placards, which they and their guests must display on their vehicles' driver’s side dashboard. Renters and their guests will be required to park only in designated parking areas, and failure to park in designated parking areas and/or display the parking placards may result in a citation and a fine of $500 - Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced. *Due to the elevation and snowfall on the roads surrounding this property during the winter months, 4-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended.
