We offer: - Well-decorated environments, with all the comforts for guests; - Air-conditioned living room integrated with the six-seat dining area; - Living room with Smart TV and Wifi Internet for the exclusive use of those who rent the apartment; - Kitchen equipped with utensils and appliances to prepare and serve your meals on site; - 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, one suite with a king size bed, the second bedroom with a double bed; - The third bedroom also has a double bed plus space for a home office; - Service area with washing machine and dryer and private balcony with sea view; - 1 private parking space, only accommodates small cars. It does not accommodate trucks! Other things to note PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: (1) Rental Hosts require mandatory completion of a registration form outside of Airbnb for all guests after the reservation is closed; (2) parties and social events (mainly at night) are not allowed in the accommodations, only registered guests can circulate in the property; (3) observe silence from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.; (4) smoking and/or using illicit drugs inside and outside the accommodations is prohibited; (5) we do not accept pets; (6) for check-in after 10:00 p.m., there is an additional convenience fee of R$80 until 11:30 p.m. and R$120 after 11:30 p.m., and it is necessary to check the Host's availability in advance.
