Villa Kunterbunt: Very cozy and almost perfect

The name says it all: the little house creates a colorful holiday mood! Blue for cooking and eating, green for sleeping and bright yellow in the friendly living room provide a lot of coziness. The bright red in the conservatory is the ideal complement to the colorful flower beds in the garden. The space The entire living/sleeping area is covered with oiled wooden floorboards. In the living room there is a fireplace (only to be used by appointment), satellite TV, radio and a sofa bed (140 x 220). The bedroom is furnished with a 160 x 200 cm double bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and outdoor ventilation - there is also the washing machine. The large eat-in kitchen is divided in two. A dining table for 6 people by the cozy stove (by arrangement) visually separated from the activity in the kitchen (including dishwasher). Guest access Short-term parking for loading and unloading in front of the house is possible. In the garden, parking the car is possible. The driveway is accessible through the lockable courtyard gate on the north side. Other things to note Bicycles brought along can be accommodated in the spacious garage. The Orthsee with swimming or boating and stand-up paddling is only about 200 m away on foot.
