Cozy and rustic cottage/guest house near Örebro city

A picturesque cottage with a rural feel. Is centrally located in a quiet residential area. Free parking after the street and city buses just go around the corner. 6 min walking distance to Grocery store/pharmacy. Proximity to nature and walking paths. You have the entire home to yourselves, shower is in separate building next door with private entrance. At the back of the cottage there are guests' own patio facing south. Note: The cottage is located on the same property as the landlord. The cottage has its own exit/entrance out to the street. The space The accommodation is a total of about 70 sqm, spread over an upstairs and a lower floor. The cottage is carefully renovated and decorated to recreate its original epoch and rural feel. On the lower floor is the hall, living room, wc and kitchen. Upstairs upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one bedroom has a double bed and the other 2 separate beds. Both bedrooms have roller blinds so it is possible to black out if you want. On the back of the cottage there is its own private patio and green area. There is a barbecue to use during the summer season. Shower can be found in a separate building next door, with its own private entrance. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove with two burners, microwave, combi fridge with fridge and freezer, cutlery, plates, glasses, cups, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, hand blender, pots and various utensils for cooking. Grocery store (Hemköp or Coop) is only a short walk away. The place is suitable for adults and adults with older children. Guest access The cottage has its own exit/entrance (Petterbergsvägen) from the street. You have access to the entire cottage, as well as the cottage's own private patio/green area in the cottage's backyard (partly fenced with privacy protection), as well as a shower room in the building next door. Since the cottage is located on the same property as our house, it is extra important to show consideration and respect for each other, some parts of the garden are our private patios. Free date parking along the street. Guests' shower room is located in separate building: Toilet is available in the cottage, private shower is available in our residential building (about 10 meters from the cottage) in the basement with its own entrance. For longer stays there is a possibility to borrow a washing machine. Other things to note This home is suitable for adults and adults with older children.
