Cozy and rustic cottage/guest house near Örebro city

A picturesque cottage with a rural feel. Centrally located in a quiet residential area. Free parking on the street and city buses just around the corner. 6-minute walk to grocery store/pharmacy. Close to nature and walking paths. You will have the entire accommodation to yourselves, the shower is in a separate building next door with a private entrance. At the back of the cottage, guests have their own south-facing patio. Note: The cottage is located on the same property as the landlord. The cottage has its own exit/entrance to the street. The space The accommodation is a total of about 70 sqm, divided into an upper floor and a lower floor. The cottage has been carefully renovated and decorated to recreate its original era and rural feel. On the lower floor is the hall, living room, toilet and kitchen. Upstairs, one flight of stairs up, there are 2 bedrooms, one bedroom has a double bed and the other 2 separate beds. Both bedrooms have roller blinds so you can black out if you want. At the back of the cottage, there is a private patio and green area. There is a barbecue to use during the summer season. You will find a shower in a separate building next door, with its own private entrance. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob with two burners, microwave, combination fridge with fridge and freezer, cutlery, plates, glasses, cups, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, hand blender, pots and various utensils for cooking. A grocery store (Hemköp or Coop) is only a short walk away. The accommodation is suitable for adults and adults with older children. Guest access The cottage has its own exit/entrance (Petterbergsvägen) from the street. You have access to the entire cabin, as well as the cabin's own private patio/green area in the cabin's backyard (partially fenced with privacy protection), as well as a shower space in the building next door. Since the cottage is located on the same property as our house, it is extra important to show consideration and respect for each other, some parts of the garden are our private patios. Free date parking along the street. The guests' shower room is located in a separate building: Toilet is in the cottage, private shower is in our residential building (about 10 m from the cottage) in the basement with its own entrance. For longer stays, there is a possibility to borrow a washing machine. Other things to note This place is suitable for adults and adults with older children.
