Our waterfront Shell Point beach house features a beautiful and recently updated second floor with two bedrooms (new king and queen beds), bathroom, living area with water view, kitchen, and a large screened patio overlooking the gulf and beach. There is a master balcony that overlooks the canal. This quiet community is the perfect place for a relaxing beach vacation. Our property is owner operated. The space Bring your boat or kayaks (on-site trailer parking), rent our kayaks, or book a guided kayak trip with the owner or a local charter captain for the ultimate coastal experience. There is a completely separate one bedroom unit located on the first floor of the house. Guest access In addition to the described living areas, guests have private access to two upstairs balconies. Shared access to the back deck overlooking the canal and boat dock and front/side yards. public beach access is 2 blockw away. Other things to note Nearby beautiful parks and hiking trails including Wakulla Springs State Park, Cathedral of Palms, Shepard springs, Florida trail, St Marks lighthouse, and Apalachicola National Forest.
