Orion Eco Suites is a building designed to provide a hospitality experience with high standards of sustainability. It consists of 9 independent suites. The Hermes suite has a double bed and a sofa bed, ideal to accommodate 2-3 people with a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The complex has a shared heated swimming pool of 65 m2 (open from May to October), a Jacuzzi, a BBQ, a garden and a children's playground. It combines passive and active high-tech energy-saving systems, making it energy-efficient with a zero energy footprint. All room types are of high standards with special architecture, while providing all the amenities needed for guests to have a comfortable, luxurious stay. The suites are fully air-conditioned and connected to an advanced geothermal air conditioning system. The complex has 4 autonomous junior suites 30m2 2 to 3 persons with fridge, fitted stove and hob, fully equipped, with coffee maker, kettle , toaster, and all kitchen accessories. They have a safe, hairdryer, steamer and ironing board and satellite TV. Connected rooms are available offering high relaxation amenities. Outside there is a heated swimming pool of 65 m2, a children's heated swimming pool of 20 m2 and a Jacuzzi for 4 people . ( The pool is open from March to October) Fully equipped BBQ , playground, sun loungers and private parking. Washers and dryers are also available to our guests. The internet is available free of charge both indoors and outdoors wirelessly and wired. Orion Eco Suites is just 1300m from the sea and is recommended for couples, friends and families, who seek peace and tranquility and of course is ideal for corporate events because of the mini conference it has. It offers the comfort of luxurious hospitality combined with the holistic philosophy of building sustainability. Guest access It is located 3 km from the airport, 6 km from the city of Heraklion 10 km from Knossos. At 1400m there is an organized municipal beach with lifeguard and cafeteria and restaurant services as well as group games, volleyball, basketball and tennis. At a distance of 1000 meters there is the settlement of Karteros with a gas station, and a mini market, restaurant and bus stop. In the area there is the equestrian club with free horse riding through an excursion program in the nature of the prefecture of Heraklion. There are courses for beginners within the group and equipment is available for rent or purchase. Hypnotherapy courses are also offered under the supervision of specialized instructors.
