Jr. Suite PENTHOUSE on the TOP 38th Floor! The Top 10 Floors of the MGM Signature are Penthouses.This is a TRUE, TOP FLOOR STRIP PENTHOUSE in Tower 3, FLOOR 38! Formerly owned by a Professional Basketball player and ESPN Commentator, this is the ACTUAL Suite you will get. The space As a reminder, your reservation includes check-out cleans and starter supplies. There is no daily cleaning, towel exchange or turn-down service at any suite privately managed at the MGM Signature, including this one. Any additional chargeable requests will be added to your folio by the MGM Signature at checkout or paid to our independent cleaning co., which can provide most service requests(ie towel exchange) for a fee. Their contact info is in the suite. This JR SUITE features: KING bed and pullout Queen memory foam couch sleeps an additional 2 guests. Floor to Ceiling windows offer wonderful 38th-floor views of the Las Vegas Strip!! Luxurious bedding and featuring pillow top mattress! Fabulous, oversized Jacuzzi whirlpool tub/shower. Marble and granite Master bathroom with dual sinks. Separate shower and toilet. TV in the bathroom. Home clock radio iPod. Two Flat-screen TVs in the main area and Master bath. Premium Sub Zero, Miele, and Bosch stainless appliances(cooktop, microwave, and refrigerator) in the kitchen. Stainless toaster and blender. Coffee pot. Dishes and kitchen utensils. Desk and chair. No $35 per day resort fees! We charge you what we have to pay. All MGM Signature Amenities are included such as the Signature's 3 pools, hot tubs, and the adjoining MGM Lazy River. Access to Wet Republic (there may be a fee as there is for everyone!). All subject to MGM capacity and seasonal restrictions. Any questions, please ask. Linens and starter soaps, shampoo and paper products are included. Please plan on bringing or purchasing additional items while visiting if needed. PRICING: We offer hundreds off ($$$) from MGM Signature pricing on their website and you can not rent anything close to these Signature suites from anyone else! Please note: Daily cleaning, towel change and turn down service is not provided in our rates. Your Suite is cleaned by our independent cleaning service prior to your arrival and cleaned again after your check out. Optional nightly maid/ towel switch service is available from our private cleaning service and all details and contact information is available in the suite should you wish to order additional services from them. Please contact us if there are any cleaning issues. The MGM Signature is not responsible for any cleaning requests or any toiletry, towel, refill service to the suite. SMOKING- PLEASE NOTE: We are not 420 or cigarette smoke friendly. The Signature is a NON Smoking property. If you are going to smoke any substance there are designated areas outside. This suite DOES NOT have a balcony. If we, Signature or cleaning staff detects any evidence of smoking of any kind in this suite, you will be subject to mandatory eviction with no refund and we will charge you $500 and you agree to not dispute this if you rent this suite. Please be considerate of other guests and DO NOT RISK a smoking charge. We also reserve the right to evict with no refund. Guest access Access to the entire Jr Suite Other things to note The Signature places a $300($100/nt) HOLD on a credit card for incidentals(room charges, movies, drinks etc charged to the room) per suite so you do need to present a credit card at check in. If you do not charge anything or damage the suite, this is taken off at check out. No additional charges, resort fees, etc are due from you at check in. Any PETS brought to the property and/or not disclosed to us will be deemed pets and a non refundable $500 min will be charged to your account with us and/or you will be subject to mandatory eviction. No more than 4 people ever allowed in the suite. If we are contacted by Signature security or the Las Vegas Police about occupancy violations, smoking of any kind, loud or disrupting behavior, illegal activities, or any behavior which compromises safety of others or our property, we will evict without refund any funds paid. Any DAMAGES to the property will be billed to you. If you do not pay the damages billed, owner has the right to file a claim in Clark County, Nevada including legal costs. No third party bookings. The Signature and we require that the person making the reservation be the person to check into the Signature. We can not change the name on the reservation to someone else. ID is verified at check in. SMOKING is not allowed except in designated areas on MGM property which are outside. THIS Suite DOES NOT HAVE A BALCONY. If staff reports any evidence of smoking, you will be billed a minimum of $500 for ozone or cleaning removal and damages. If you continue with a reservation, you agree to this policy and charges and potential eviction without refund. CHECK OUT is on or PRIOR to 10 AM on your departure day. Our properties are booked back to back and our cleaning service will arrive at check out time. Please depart by 10 am and check out at the front desk. Thanks!! Hold Over: No holding over or late departure is permitted without prior approval. Renters who do not depart on time will be charged 1.5 times the standard daily rent starting at 11AM, plus any additional damages incurred including, but not limited to, the cost of alternative housing for all incoming guests displaced by hold over which will be deducted from deposit. If this amt or any damages exceed deposit, you agree to be financially and personally responsible for them.
