The apartment has a modern rustic charm feel. It is extremely conveniently located, a very short stroll will have you on the beautiful Sawtell beach. Only two buildings seperate you from the cafes and restaurants of the beautiful fig tree lined First Avenue Sawtell. The space The apartment was lovingly renovated with quality hand built craftsmanship and was our home for 4 years prior to having a family. It’s is situated in an older style apartment complex however the inside is modern, clean, stylish and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The main living space is open plan with a kitchen at one end and living room with a pull out sofa bed the other. The full kitchen comes equipped with oven, induction cooktop, full sized fridge freezer, dishdrawer, kettle, toaster, water purifier microwave NutriBullet and a Nespresso machine. All cooking equipment is provided. We have a smart TV with Netflix, free internet and a Sonos is also available for playing music through your Spotify account or by downloading the Sonos app. There is an air conditioner in the main living space. The bedroom has a queen bed with ceiling fan and all bedding provided. Extra wool blankets are available for the cooler winter months. Modern bathroom with towels supplied. Turkish towels for beach use are also provided. A washing machine is available for you in the bathroom. A huge deck area is available for guests to use, you can eat on the oversized daybed and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. We have a servery window in the kitchen which looks out onto the deck. The space is best suited for a couple however we can accomodate two extra guests if needed on a double pull out sofa bed situated in the main living area. The internal size of the apartment is 50sqm. Please note that the external stairs to the apartment lead onto the deck area. There is no gate at the top of the stairs so children should never be left unattended on the deck. Strictly no parties, this is a residential apartment building and they will not be tolerated. Other things to note Please note our apartment is situated at the very back of the apartment complex and has its own entry via an external set of stairs. Off street parking is available and full directions will be provided prior to arrival. There is no wheelchair access to the apartment. You must walk up stairs to access the apartment so please consider this when booking if stairs are an issue for you. Registration Details PID-STRA-1548
