The space On the island of Serifos, one of the most beautiful Cycladic islands, famous for its numerous sandy beaches and its unique landscapes. This house is located in one of the most beautiful areas of the island with great orientation and incredible sea views. Suitable for 13 persons, it is located near the sandy beach KARAVI. It is so close to the beach, that morning and afternoon you will not lose your swim. Only 7 minutes by car is the port, the local market and taverns. The house is in a complex with 2 more independent villas, each one having its own big garden and full privacy. The verandas with a breathtaking view to the Aegean Sea and to the entrance of the port, is ideal for complete relaxation. The house is ideal for families and for those who want to be close to the beach and to the other attractions of the island in a calm environment. It can be the starting point for a Cyclades tour, since it is connected by ferry to the other neighboring islands. The villa is autonomous giving you everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay during the summer but also during spring and autumn, when the island is at its best. The house is deployed in two levels. The ground level where is the living room with built in sofa, and open plan fully equipped kitchen leading to the front and back verandas with splendid view where up to 13 people can dine under the pergola. At this level there are two bedrooms, one with one double bed and one with two twin beds. There is a bathroom with shower. At the lower level there are 4 rooms and 3 bathrooms. Two rooms are with a double bed one of those has also a sofa bed, one room is with two twin beds and one room is with bunk bed. This level has its own separate entrances so that you don't have to pass from the main floor. There is also two small equipped kitchenettes. Each room is equipped with ceiling fans easy to use and really efficient. The house is very well oriented and very well sheltered by the wind. Even with high beaufort, you can dine on its back veranda without having to worry about the wind. The house is simple and easy in order to facilitate the guest to relax during vacation and provides two open parking spaces. Car is fully recommended. It has a spacious central kitchen and 2 small kitchenettes. Many rooms have their own entrance/exit for greater autonomy. There are many outdoor areas that favor large groups and families with children so that there is independence. There are two terraces: one front terrace with sea view and another one with full protection from the wind. The house has 2 open parking spaces.
