Perfect place to spend long summer days with multiple outside entertaining areas. Cable TV as well as Apple TV with streaming services provided. When you walk in you just want to kick back and relax. You will enjoy the wood work as well as it being a great place to entertain. In the winter a light snow storm is so very enjoyable to watch fall in the trees. The bird feeder on the back deck attracts all kinds of birds. Please note: During the winter months (January-March) we do not provide a BBQ. The lower patio has a fire pit for you to use Guests will have access to the entire cabin. Anything you need as a guest please do not hesitate to contact us. We love living in Smallwood as it’s a tiny hamlet of mostly log cabins. You can walk through the streets and see the other homes while also spying deer, foxes, beavers, and all kinds of birds. There is an outdoor recreational park about 1/2 mile away which is right next to “The Falls”. You will need a car to get around. If you are having guests meet you here there is a Coach Bus by the Monticello RaceTrack. Various routes are provide There is a Shop Rite and Walmart 15 min away. On your way to our home it would be best to stop and grab your food before arriving so you do not have to run back out. There is a Dollar General 5 min away for staples. Just bring yourselves and enjoy a time out from day to day life. As we are in the woods sometimes storms effect our power and internet. If this does happen it usually is turned back on very quickly. Also, we do have security cameras in the front and rear of the house. The one in the front of the house must remain on during your stay as it’s security for the property. The one in the rear can be unplugged.The one for the rear is plugged in to the main bathroom.
