Electricity is billed separately in cash by reading at the end. The space The vacation home, which stands on a 480 sqm property, is family-friendly. The house sleeps 8 people with approximately 115 square meters. On the upper floor in the master bedroom there is a 1.60 m wide double bed, a smaller side bed (1.90 m x 90 cm) and a small children's room with a 1.40 m wide futon and also a smaller side bed. On the first floor is the living and dining room. There is also a kitchen with dishwasher and a bathroom with washing machine and shower. The bathroom and kitchen were newly renovated in 2019. The basement offers space for another 4 people. There are two double beds, one 1.40 m wide and another 1.60 m wide. On this level is another bathroom with sink and toilet. We provide a travel crib and high chair for babies free of charge upon request. In the house there is an electric heater with marble infrared radiators, but there is also the possibility to heat with wood-burning stoves, both on the first floor and in the basement (which would be the cheaper variant). We provide 4 packs of wood briquettes free of charge per stay. In the event of increased consumption, guests would have to purchase them themselves (available in almost all discounters or hardware stores or also in the local corner store). We are also happy to provide you with additional packages for an extra charge of €3/package. Toys (Lego, children's books, etc.) are available for children. For adults, there are various board games such as Tabu, card games, and game collections. Pets are generally not allowed. Otherwise, hammocks in the house invite you to chill. Important: NON-SMOKING HOUSE!!! Parking space for car is free. The car can be driven up to the house for loading and unloading. The parking space is about 150 meters from the house. Guest access You can use the whole house and also the entire property with garden. There is only one small storage room that is private. Where a sign with PRIVATE is attached, you have no access (that would be a closet and a storage room).
