We're right across from the excellent bakery / tea room and also from the local mini-market. Behind the house is the very popular restaurant 'La Passade'. The studio has its own independant entrance and South facing terrace in front. Perroy, a winemaker village located in the heart of the Coast, overlooking the lake, between Rolle and Aubonne, is delightful and quiet. The studio is luxuriously equipped, has its independent entrance and sunny terrace on the south side. Located in front of the village grocery store and bakery with its tearoom, you will immediately be in love with the place. Guest access Access by car, motorway entrance at 2 minutes. By car, 2 minutes to the freeway Geneva-Lausanne. Access by train, bus 50 meters away. The bus at 50m takes you in a few minutes to the railway stations of Rolle or Allaman. Other things to note We are 20 minutes from Geneva and Lausanne, 30 minutes from the world-famous Lavaux vineyard. For a walk in the high mountain, Chamonix and Verbier are 1 hr 15 min away, Zermatt is 2 hours away. For skiers, in 1 hour you are at Portes du Soleil and Villars. Take the small panoramic MOB train in Montreux for a memorable trip to Gstaad and the Bernese Alps. Around the house, stroll through the vineyards and by Lake Geneva.
