Splendid view of the sea and Moni island from Moni, just across the house. Possibility to go swimming on the Moni island by boat taxi (10'crossing). Numerous beaches and coves around the village of Perdika for swimming on the sand or in the rocks. The capital city (Aegine/Aigina), is less than 15 minutes by car (bus service, taxis or possibility of car and scooter rental). Possibility of beautiful excursions in the hills (ancient temple of Aphaia, etc.). Depending on the mood of the moment, you may prefer the calm of Perdika or the a little more lively life of Aegina. Guest access Access to the entire house, terrace and garden with its BBQ area and outdoor dining room (possibility of grilling and lunch or dinner in the garden).
