Central apartment with a large terrace. Ideal to enjoy the beach due to its good location (about 3 minutes walk). Ice cream parlors, restaurants and bus stop, all very close. Baby accessories. It is rented for long stays at affordable prices (I have set specific prices for the different months of the year, adding a considerable discount each month). Good Wifi service, it has a dishwasher. The space It is an apartment very close to the beach, a quiet area and I live very near in case anything is needed. Other things to note The price is very affordable for long stays, the discounts appear when you make your reservation, all expenses are included in the price (electricity, water, internet). For the summer, the apartment has air conditioning in the dining room and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. VERY IMPORTANT: YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR ID OR PASSPORT IN PERSON AT CHECK-IN. IT IS REQUIRED BY LAW BY ROYAL DECREE 933/2021 OF OCTOBER 26 (PUBLISHED IN THE BOE NUMBER 257, OF 10/27/2021.
