With seven rooms, all different and personalised to honour crafts with art such as the potter, the joiner, the dressmaker, the apothecary, the foundryman, the lacemaker and the weaver and with a concept based on the comfortable luxury of the period adapted to the present day, the decoration highlights some unique family pieces, references to other times, noble materials and cores and delicate textures, referring to the family history, and the history of the city of Porto, not forgetting the crafts of the time. A charismatic restaurant space and a well-kept and colourful garden complete the set in the same period concept, offering each guest the experience of a journey in time... Guest access - Guest have private access to the room. - Guests have access to a living room shared with all the other guests and use the Nespresso coffee machine or purchase a drink from our Honesty Bar. - Guests have also access to a garden that is exclusive to guests staying at Casa Antiga. Other things to note LONG-TERM RESERVATIONS Reservations of 15 nights or more are considered long-term reservations and are subject to the following rules: -> A safety deposit may be requested at check-in and will be refunded after the apartment is checked and all outstanding bills are settled. -> Electricity and water are charged separately based on actual monthly usage, unless guests choose to pay a fixed fee of €3 per night to cover these costs. -> By booking a long-term stay, guests agree to provide the host with access to the property when requested, for maintenance assessments. CHECK-IN Self Check-In: Available free of charge with our self-check-in system. In-Person Check-In: Available upon request and subject to an additional fee if done after-hours: - After 8:00 PM: €15 - After 10:00 PM: €25 - After 1:00 AM: €50 Mandatory Check-In Form: All guests must complete a check-in form before arrival. This is required to comply with Portuguese law, which mandates that short-term rental hosts report guest information to the Borders Service (AIMA).
