Monterey Guest Studio Near Hospital/Airport/Beach

Recently renovated with plantation shutter blinds and heat lamps in the bathroom this secluded, comfortable self-contained accommodation, is private and well equipped. St George Public/ Private Hospital are within walking distance and Sydney Airport close by. The space has Aircon, ceiling fan plus a separate private entrance/foyer for maximum privacy. It's a small studio, but not an entire house. Access is via lockbox. Perfect spot for guests with a view to accommodating every need. The space Spacious, but cozy, and private, this hotel style space has a large master bedroom with a king size bed. I have just installed plantation shutters and done a makeover of the room recently. There is a large ensuite bathroom with fresh towels, a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The bedroom is equipped with a built-in robe, reading lights on both sides of the bed and a power board for mobile phone and lap top chargers. Smart tv with Netflix and Prime Video plus reliable WIFI, your own air conditioning and a ceiling fan with light on remote for in between weather. There is an oil heater also if you prefer to air con. There is also heat lights in the bathroom, newly installed. Bar fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, tea, coffee, milk and water provided. Also, plates, bowls, knives/forks/spoons and condiments, glasses and cups. There is a table and chairs making it convenient for eating and working if needed for laptops etc. However please note that there is no kitchen or laundry facilities. The room is located at the front of the premises with the host living separately. It is a hotel style area with a large bedroom and bathroom and although totally separate from the rest of the house please be aware it isn’t an entire house. There is a small outside area at the front of the house with a table and 2 outdoor chairs, ideal for a morning or afternoon coffee, however, it is accessible from the front door only. Entry is provided through a key-lock box situated at the front door. The Lock box number will be given prior to arrival. There are 2 keys, one for the door and deadlock above. Once inside you won't need to lock the bedroom door as there is no key for this door. The front door is sufficient as it has a door lock and also a deadlock. You will be the only ones to access the studio. The space is situated at the front of a large 2 story house but completely separate. If you wish I can meet you personally if I am home at the time of your arrival. I am available at any time via text message or phone. I have a beauty salon/spa on the premises, which has an infrared sauna/cool plunge and skin treatments. Treatments include waxing and tinting, spray tanning, microdermabrasion, needling, peels, LED light therapy and I am a stockist of ASAP, Algologie and pharmaceutical GlymedPlus skin products. There is information in the guest folder and a card with my phone number to make appointments. Guest access The space is totally private with a lock box, so you have the area to yourself, without the worry of interacting with others. This will enable you to come and go as you please. However, it does not have kitchen facilities, a washing machine or dryer. There are cafes, take-away venues and restaurants within walking distance and a laundromat a short distance away, if needed. Entry is the front door of the double story grey property. The lockbox is on the left of the front door and a sensor light will come on if arriving at night. Once inside there is a small foyer and storage area and a door to the main room and ensuite. The bedroom door doesn’t need to be locked and doesn't have a key but the front door is lockable for safety, with a door lock plus a deadlock also. The area is only used by you whilst you are staying. There are 2 keys for the front door. The screen door can be locked from the inside only while in the studio. There is no key for the screen on the outside. Other things to note I have listed the accommodation as guest suite in an entire house as the only other option is private room which guests assume is a shared space in a home. This is not the case. This is an entire area separate from the rest of the premises, which consists of a large bedroom and bathroom with a small foyer area to store luggage or something similar. It is more like a hotel style studio accommodation. It has its own access via the lockbox, through the main front door of the property. There is free street parking, which is generally easy to find. It doesn't have a garage or dedicated space for parking, however. Registration details Exempt
