Easygoing home with simple and comfortable decor. The community is in a quiet subdivision. A queen bed to accommodate 2 guests is available in a private room in the house, with a shared bathroom. I live with a social senior cat and a 5 month old pup, so must be pet friendly. The space Enjoy the living room, dining room, kitchen space and the large backyard & covered patio to keep cool during warm days! Guest access You can access all areas of the house, except for the upstairs Master bedroom & secondary bedroom. Guests are able to use the kitchen space (pantry/refrigerator/kitchen appliances), washer/dryer, and TV downstairs with Firestick. There is high-speed internet available to guests. There is a neighborhood park for kids to play around. I do have toiletries available if guests did not bring their own. (Shampoo/conditioner/soap). Towels are provided in the room/bathroom. During your stay I will be available near the area if not in the house and I am always able to respond to any texts. Other things to note I do have a social senior cat and a puppy, so must be pet friendly. On occasion we do short term fostering of dogs, so there is a potential for a (1) new furry guest.
