Our flat is located in one of the most beautiful areas of central Athens, Kolonaki. A wealthy, upmarket and safe neighborhood, that is quiet and with lots of green spaces. The flat is very close to nightlife, a variety of amazing restaurants, the city center, parks, and public transport. It features space for up to 4 persons and a balcony with a view to a leafy pedestrian way. It is ideal for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. The space Our 45m2 apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a family inhabited 5-floor building. It features an entrance hall that leads to the kitchen/ dining area and a living room that has a comfortable sofa that doubles as a wide 140cm bed and a 40” LED TV. Fast free wifi internet is also included. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with dishware, cookware, utensils, cutlery and all usual kitchen appliances. All appliances (fridge, washing machine, microwave) are fully integrated in the cabinets providing an uncluttered and tidy space. The bedroom has a large double bed (160 cm wide) and a big illuminated closet that will make your stay more comfortable. The beautiful bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower with a rain shower feature and basic bathroom necessities are provided along with a hair dryer. Clean linen, bedding, and towels are all included. The apartment will be carefully cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival. Upon request, cleaning can also be arranged during your stay at an additional charge of 15€. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is a lift. Guest access Guests will have access to all the areas the apartment offers, free wifi and unlimited free local calls. Other things to note If you are travelling with a lot of luggage or with young children/ elderly people, we would recommend a taxi, as the walk from the metro station is uphill. The taxi will cost 3,50 eur to the flat. You will find a taxi rank on Marasli str, the side street just outside Evangelismos hospital.
