Cleaning fee included in the rate The space This fully modernized 70 m2 apartment is located in the heart of the village of Saint-Emilion, close to public parking. Located on the first floor of the wine cellar, you can admire the different views of the medieval city. Its ideal location will allow you to access the entire village on foot. We provide you with fruit juice, coffee/tea for your first breakfast. Amenities: Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, decanter... Possibility of loan of baby equipment upon request. Guest access The apartment is located above the Les Etablissements Lauret wine cellar, open to the public every day. Check-in is possible from 3pm. The next day you can enjoy the premises until 11 a.m. If you arrive after our opening hours, it is possible to enter independently. Guests can take advantage of the wine cellar terrace (outside cellar opening hours). GETTING AROUND It's possible to unload luggage outside the door. Street parking is paid during the day but there are free areas nearby. Saint-Émilion train station is 1.6 km away. Tuk-tuks can pick you up. For breakfast, you will find a bakery 100 meters away. Many restaurants and vineyards are within walking distance or just a few minutes' drive away. Other things to note Check-in is from 3pm onwards. If you arrive after our opening hours, you can still check in independently.
