Teal Door Villa is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home located in the tranquil area of West Stonebridge. It's the perfect vacation getaway- ONLY 20 MINUTES to DISNEY WORLD! Minutes away from restaurants, shops, supermarkets and great golf courses. Unlimited WiFi and flat screen TV's in every room. Anyone looking for private space with ample room for family and friends to enjoy Florida's sunshine, make memories or just relax, this is your vacation destination! The space Teal Door Villa is a beautiful and comfortable 1 story home with 4 Bedrooms (2 master king suites!) that sleeps 8. Walk out to a large covered lanai that has plenty of outdoor seating with tables, lounge chairs and shade for its south facing, private pool. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal for the family. Don't bother to pack beach towels, we have them for your use. And for those guests with little ones, we have a pack-N-play crib, strollers, car seats and high chair. T.Vs in each bedroom. The small peaceful neighborhood has a playground with a basketball court and picnic area just a block away. Although we supply some intial items, this is a self-catering rental. Additional groceries can be purchased at the local Publix store that is about 2 blocks away on Hwy 27. Other retail stores such as Walmart, Target and Lowes are just a few miles away. Centrally located, our villa is less than 2 hours from both gulf coast beaches and with several outstanding golf courses near by. Whether you are looking for a place to get away from the cold or use as your home away from home after spending a long day at the theme parks, we think you will find our house to be beautiful with clean and comfortable accommodations. Other things to note Our vacation home is self-catering, but for your ease upon arrival, we supply 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom,1 roll of paper towel, 1 soap bar per sink, 1 packet of dishwasher soap, small shampoo and 1 trash bag per garbage bin. Additional items can be purchased from several near by stores. Publix grocery store is just across hwy 27 within walking distance.
