The Shire

Nestled on five secluded, tree-lined acres, with a pond, waterfall, fire pit, tree swing, basketball court and walking trails, The Shire feels a million miles away from it all - but isn't! We are only minutes away from wineries, breweries, amazing beaches, restaurants and shopping. (Notre Dame is an easy 30 minute drive). Southwest Michigan is a beautiful place to live! We'd LOVE to share it with you. The space Great for the business traveler, couples and families. Notre Dame home games! Guest access This apartment is 1100 sq ft of a 3,200 sq. ft barn on our property, about 50 yards from our home. It is located on the back side of the barn out of all sight lines to our house. There are no animals or pets in the barn or on the property, but plenty of fish in the pond! You'll have access to the fire pit, tree swing, basketball court and deck that overlooks the waterfall. Other things to note There is a separate driveway for the barn. You'll find a frisbee, volleyball, towels and umbrella for the beach in the front closet, as well as a basketball for the court - the hoop can be lowered for the little ones!
