All of our spacious Studios range in size from 34m2 to 47m2. They have a Queen sized bed & sofa bed. Dividing the open style American kitchen with bar top and seating for 2 is a living area space with 2 sitting chairs and a couch that can be used as a single bed. Fully-equip kitchen. Safety box. Private bathroom. Maximum capacity 3. Free Wifi, flat-panel TV & iPod speakers. Each of our apartments have it's own pull-out couch which is ideal for couples traveling with their children (this carries an additional cost of $20 per child over 2 years old, per night). All suites within the building are suited with a Phillips flat screen televisions, Apple TV, and iPods speakers for your enjoyment. Free, reliable, Hi-speed WI-FI runs throughout each of the buildings apartments and covers its shared common spaces. You will be choosing to not only stay in a beautiful apartment but you will have the use of a stunning building and it's luxuries. It is firmly rooted in Argentina's history as the former mansion of one of it’s most revered and famous families, Familia Peralta Ramos. The original elegance and charm of the building has been left intact, while we have fashioned the interior to not only meet, but surpass modern demands. Guests will have access to our large open reception area, our common outdoor terrace, open year round which can be used for wine events or other private gatherings, with dipping pool, outdoor shower & sun lounge chairs. Additionally, our guests are welcome to have a picnic on our rooftop organic vegetable garden and pick from that season's offerings. Our multi-lingual concierge (fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese) and property management office is located on the ground floor and we are there every day of the week to answer any general questions you have, give you recommendations on activities inside the city, make reservations, and help you with any issues that may arise during your stay with us. It is centrally located between historical San Telmo and up and coming Palermo. The famous Recoleta cemetary and Recoleta Mall is located 4 blocks away. Shopping on Santa Fe Avenue is just 1 1/2 blocks from our building. There are several cafes and restaurants within one block of the building. There is a very nice and large grocery store one block away. Recoleta is approximately 45 minutes from the international airport (EZE) and 15 minutes from the domestic airport (AEP). We are happy to provide transportation to & from both airports. Public transportation is very close and simple. There are bus stops within a block of the building. The subway (D line) runs to and from downtown and through Palermo to Belgrano. It is just 5 blocks away. Additionally, taxis are inexpensive and plentiful.
