To that effect, we provide: - Generator, inverter, AC, heater, internet dongle - Wardrobe, hangers, iron, torch - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Barbecue kit, bar, bonfire - Secured parking space for up to 2 cars This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. Up to 2 pets are allowed at an additional cost. The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 4 well-furnished bedrooms - 3 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor. - All bedrooms offer a plethora of amenities to ensure your utmost comfort, including a heater, AC, Wi-Fi access and ensuite bathrooms. - 3 bedrooms offer a king-sized bed and 1 bedroom on the ground floor offers a sofa-bed. - The master bedroom on the first floor has a TV and an attached balcony overlooking the serene mountainscapes. All other bedrooms offer a garden view. BATHROOMS - There are 4 ensuite bathrooms in the villa. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - The ground floor of the home houses a dining area that can comfortably accommodate 6 people. - Ideal for an evening spent relaxing, the lounge on the first floor serves as a tranquil nook, complete with seating arrangements. - Whilst outdoors, the holiday home boasts immaculate lawns and gardens, adorned with a variety of pots and plants and the statement piece being the water fountain. - One of the lawns, right by the Aravalli Hills, is 1000 sq. ft. in size and the other is 500 sq. ft. in size. Both can seat up to 20 and 12 people respectively. - Guests can make the most of the bonfire area on the lawn. - There is a private swimming pool, 24x13 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth, overlooking the surrounding greenery. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. - It is equipped with a mineral water can, crockery, and cutlery. FOOD - Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost. - A barbecue kit/meal can be arranged at an extra charge. - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Outside food is allowed in the villa. Incase any guest brings outside food, an additional charge of Rs. 3000 per day will be levied. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION Personal staff can be accommodated at an additional cost of Rs 1500 per person, per night, excluding meal charges. HANDPICKED EXPERIENCES Engulfed in unmatchable verdancy and adorned with vibrant pots and plants, this holiday home is the definition of a nature escape. Within the property, guests can play indoor games like cards and ludo. Unwind and relax in the lounge. Binge their favourite movies and TV shows. Our personal recommendation would be to carry a book to read amidst nature. Head over to the balcony and soak in the gorgeous landscapes that surround them.Barbecue kit can be made available at an additional cost of Rs.500. Ingredients will be charged as per actuals. When outdoors, make the most of the landscaped lawns that touch the Aravalli Hills. Take a leisurely stroll or enjoy a game of cricket or badminton. Enjoy a refreshing splash in the pool and bask in the sun. Relish a freshly prepared, lavish barbecue spread around the bonfire. Channel the thrill-seeker in you and explore the nearby hikes and trails. Relax and rejuvenate amidst nature. ADD-ON SERVICES - Barbecue kit can be set up at an additional cost of Rs. 1000. Ingredients will be charged as per the prices provided in the menu. - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1500. - Guests can avail a masseuse, decor set up, nature walk with guide, dhaam and an exclusive masterchef meal at an additional cost. - A 20-litre mineral water can will be provided at no extra cost. However, if guests prefer mineral water bottles, these are available at an additional charge. - In case of visitors, there's a mandatory charge of Rs. 1500 plus taxes, per person, per day, for up to 4 hours. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - All-male groups are not allowed. - In case of a power outage, the 30KVA generator can support all the appliances for up to 8 hours and the 5KVA inverter can support basic plug points for up to 8 hours. - Mobile networks such as Jio and Vi work fairly well here. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - This property is a part of a gated community. - This is not a wheelchair friendly property. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - This is a pet-friendly property. However, only 2 pets are allowed at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per dog, per day. - The swimming pool may not be operational from November to March due to the low temperatures during the winter. - Hookah is strictly prohibited - Outside vendors for services like decor, DJ, catering, singing, bartending, and spa are strictly not allowed.
