Surrounded by wheat fields, vineyards and ancient trees and only 5 minutes from the sea, you will find Maison Catalano. The house is on the ground floor of a "masseria" dating back to the 1930s. The entire building was renovated in 2018 and offers guests a house of about 150 square meters, equipped with all modern comforts but which, at the same time, keep alive the history and atmosphere of a rural house and offers the prerogatives of a regenerating holiday. The space Maison Catalano consists of a living area with two rooms: one used as a living/dining room and a comfortable kitchen with laundry and storage room. In the living/dining room there are two sofas, a chest of drawers, a fireplace, an extensible dining table and two display cases containing dishes, glasses and tea/coffee services available for the guests. The kitchen, as you can see from the pictures, has appliances (induction hob, refrigerator, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher) and furnishings for every need. In the laundry/storage room area there is a laundry sink, washing machine, clothes rack, iron complete with ironing board, hoover. Two of the three French windows in the living area overlook a patio where you can sit and relax surrounded by flowers and fruit trees. The sleeping area has a large double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds, finely furnished with stylish furniture. The sleeping area is completed with a large bathroom with shower and toilet station and a smaller but functional toilet. The last room of the house is a study with desk and bookcase. Guest access Guests have at their disposal an entire flat located on the ground floor, with a patio and garden that extends into the open countryside.
