This modern four bedroom, two storey home is situated close to all amenities in the central village.\r\n\r\nThe homeowner has all bases cover with Sky TV including Sport channels and free unlimited Wi-Fi. The space Downstairs consists of a large open plan dining/living area with a heat pump and log burner (with fire guard) for your comfort. There is a great indoor/outdoor flow with a set of ranch sliders to the deck off the lounge. A modern kitchen is also located on the ground floor along with a queen bedroom and second bedroom with two sets of single bunks. Electric blankets are on the two queen beds and two singles. Upstairs is a second living area with a heat pump and ranch slider onto a balcony. The Master bedroom with ensuite is also located upstairs, along with a fourth twin bedroom. Tenants have use of a large double garage with laundry and internal access. Consideration needs to be taken if you have small children as the property is not fenced and there is a small stream located on the boundary. Minimum two nights stay at any time. Please note that while this home does not allow pets the owner may from time to time bring their own.
