This home boasts single-level living, as well as an oversize screened deck where you can sit in the swing or relax in the private hot tub. With wonderful views of the sound and an open deck for sun worshipers, you'll find it easy to enjoy the gentle breezes. The living room affords plenty of space for everyone, whether you're watching a movie or talking about the last sail of the day. Prepare homemade meals in the kitchen, and enjoy them in a separate dining room with ample seating. The large master suite has a queen-size bed, a TV, a DVD player, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom features two double beds, and the third offers two single beds. These two rooms share a full hallway bathroom. Bring your gear and sail away from the yard at Pamlico Breeze! You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking, which will be sent to your email. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
