One bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the other has a cozy double/single bunk bed. The main floor also features a spacious living room, a large well equipped eat-in kitchen, and a sunroom overlooking the pool. Both the living room & sunroom provide additional sleeping with a single and queen sleep sofa. On the second floor, you'll find two additional bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and an extra trundle bed for added sleeping space. The cottage is a delightful addition to the property, featuring a queen-size bed, a full bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, and a cozy living room with a queen sleep sofa. It offers a private retreat for those seeking a bit of tranquility or a separate space for additional guests. Other amenities include outside bar, CAC, DW, 2 WD/s, Wi-Fi, flat screen TVs, piano, fish carving station and enclosed shower. Owner offers 1 Dewey Beach Parking Pass & 1 Rehoboth Beach Pass. Dewey Beach is a pet-friendly beach before 9:30 am and after 5:30 pm, allowing you to make the most of the sand and surf with your dog. A pet addendum will accompany the lease from Crowley Assoc., that will need to be returned with our lease. . Please Note: Lease will be emailed from a local real estate company. However, Crowley Assoc. does offer a cancellation policy of 15% penalty if we are able to re-rent your dates which is stated in the lease agreement.
