Our charming two-storey, two-bedroom cottage features a spacious open-plan living area designed for relaxation and enjoyment. With a fully appointed separate kitchen and a convenient downstairs bathroom, your stay will be both comfortable and convenient. Step outside onto the south-facing terrace and soak in the stunning views that surround you, making your getaway an unforgettable experience. The space Henmore Cottage with it's two-bedrooms is one of the five cottages on the Stainsborough Hall Estate. Our Living Room is a perfect blend of charm and functionality, designed to accommodate up to four guests comfortably. With breathtaking views of the south-facing garden, you can unwind while savouring the natural light. The warmth of the log burner and the unique exposed Derbyshire Stone wall create a cozy ambience. Kitchen: Discover our delightful Kitchen, a small but functional space tailored for your cooking needs. Complete with essential appliances, elegant tableware, and cookware for up to four people, it's the ideal place to prepare meals during your stay. Enjoy the convenience and comfort of a home-cooked meal in your very own holiday accommodation. Equipment provided includes: oven, stove top, nespresso machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer shelf, dishwasher. Bedrooms: The two bedrooms are on the first floor. Both bedrooms have bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe or hanging space. Bed configurations are as follows: - Bedroom 1 (First Floor) - Kingsize bed - Bedroom 2 (First Floor) - Two single beds Bathroom: Our ground floor bathroom is designed for your utmost convenience and relaxation. Equipped with a shower over the bath, underfloor heating, and a heated towel rail, every detail caters to your comfort. The bright and light atmosphere creates an inviting space that will make your stay even more enjoyable. It has the following: Shower over bath - Sink - Toilet - Heated towel rail - Underfloor heating - Mirror over the sink - Refillable toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash). Towels are included for six people. Outside: Outside your cottage there is a private, fenced, south-facing patio that overlooks the enchanting cottage gardens. Equipped with a table and chairs for four and a Weber Barbecue and with the enclosed space, your dogs can enjoy the outdoors too—making it a true pet-friendly getaway. To the front of the cottage are there two allocated car parking spaces. Onsite Facilities: Make the most of your stay with our excellent range of facilities. Whether you're a tennis buff, love playing games with family or friends or want to entertain yourself with a game of table tennis, we offer something for everyone. Our children's play area is perfect for the little ones while you enjoy a leisurely stroll around the car-free trail around Carsington Reservoir. Relax and recharge in our picturesque gardens. Our colorful array of flowers and plants bloom all year round, providing a beautiful backdrop to your stay. Take a seat and take it all in, our gardens are designed for you to enjoy at your leisure. Guest access Henmore cottage is one of five cottages that we have on the estate, but its sufficiently private for you to feel you are getting away from it all. Each cottage is self-contained and accessed by its own front and back-door. We do have some communal facilities for you to enjoy - such as the Games Room with a table tennis table and extensive DVD collection, a tennis court, and a children's play area. Other things to note This cottage is suitable for a baby or infant requiring a travel cot. Please see our other three-bedroom cottage which is suitable for babies. Dogs are welcome (sorry no cats or other pets) for a fee of £30 per pet per stay. (to be paid directly to the property)
